Management and staff of Ruggedy Range™ Wilderness Experience take all practicable steps to identify and minimise potential dangers. However, you must follow instructions and use any safety equipment provided at all times. Adults accompanying any person under the age of 18 must ensure that the underage person follows our instructions at all times. You must release or indemnify Ruggedy Range™ Wilderness Experience and our staff against any liability we incur to anyone else, resulting from your failure to follow our instructions or the failure of any person accompanying you under the age of 18 to follow our instructions.

These are the charges we make for arranging customised packages:
a) If you are paying by credit card, we will charge 2.35% of the cost of travel, accommodation and any non-Ruggedy Range activity to cover bank fees. This does not apply if you pay by bank transfer or cash.
$30.00 p.p. administration time for developing a personalised package.
We allow three days for you to accept or make changes to an itinerary that we have drafted based on your requirements.
If you require further changes to an itinerary that you have previously accepted as final, we
charge an additional $30.00 to cover staff time and costs in relation
to processing any required alterations each time you make changes to an itinerary that you previously accepted as final.

a) All voucher prepared on your behalf will have an agreed validity date.
b) Vouchers are not transferrable.
c) Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash.
d) The recipient of a Voucher must contact us within 14 days to confirm / provide their details.
f) The cost of the Voucher must be paid for in full before the Voucher can be issued.
g) Costs in relation to preparing the vouchers must be recovered as noted above.
h) If a Voucher is not redeemed by the due date, our normal cancellation policy will apply.

Cancellations by Us
Activities: We reserve the right to cancel trips due to adverse
weather/sea conditions, minimum bookings not achieved for the trip,
or any other event or circumstance beyond our control. Your monies
will be full refunded - except see Guided Sea Kayaking.
Guided Sea Kayaking: We operate in a dynamic weather environment and have made a significant investment in our kayaking business. We spend a considerable amount of administration time on Guided Sea Kayaking tours and need to retain qualified sea kayak guides when the weather is not suitable for guided trips. If we cannot reschedule a trip and have to cancel a trip due to unsuitable weather or sea conditions, we will retain 20.00 p.p. to help cover our adminstration and staff costs.
& Accommodation and Non-Guided Activities: As booking agent,
if the operator concerned cancels due to adverse weather/sea conditions
or circumstances beyond their control, we will assist in finding
alternatives or providing you with a refund less a 10% booking fee
to cover our time and costs. Any extra costs of alternative travel,
accommodation or non-guided activities if required by you will be
chargeable to you. We strongly recommend that you have travel
booking agent, if the operator concerned cancels due to adverse
weather/sea conditions or circumstances beyond their control, we
will assist in finding alternatives or providing you with a refund
less a 10% booking fee to cover our time and costs. Any extra costs
of alternative travel, accommodation or activities, if required
by you will be chargeable to you.

To ensure we can operate waitlisted tours that achieve minimum numbers, we now require a 50% deposit or credit card number to keep you on our waitlist. If elect to make a deposit, refunds are made if we cannot achieve minimum numbers or weather and sea conditions are not suitable.
